Home Inspections
1Our Goal
Ken Goodnight, our senior inspector, has been in the restoration business for over 4 years and has learned what to be on the lookout for when considering buying or selling a house. Our goal is to uncover all home issues, so you can make an informed decision. Our inspections are unbiased and independent. Call us today for a free estimate.
2How Long Will it Take?
The home inspection will last several hours, depending on the size of the house. The average home inspection takes 3-4 hours. At the end of the inspection, you will receive an in-depth home inspection report about the condition of the home.
3Visual Assessment
We will do a visual assessment of the home, checking the house's physical structure and mechanical systems, including the roof, ceilings, walls, floors, windows and doors, as well as all installed major appliances, ensuring they are in good, working condition. This includes the hot water heater and heating and air-conditioning system. Also, we will assess the plumbing and electrical systems, and complete a thorough inspection of the attic, basement, or crawl space.
Pre-sale Inspections
- A reasonable view of your home’s marketability and fair-market price
- An opportunity to make necessary repairs before listing
- Reduces the chance of a buyer backing out after their inspection
